Welcome to ZionVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ZionVPN, governed under the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules framed thereunder.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an account, generating device keys, or accessing ZionVPN services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or possess valid legal guardian consent) and possess full legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to enter into binding agreements.
2. Service Scope & Hysteria 2 Protocol
ZionVPN grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access network proxy and encryption services using the Hysteria 2 protocol. Service performance is subject to network conditions, local ISP speed variations, and server load balancing.
3. Acceptable Use & Compliance with Indian Law
You agree to use ZionVPN strictly in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 66, 66B, 66C, 66D, 66E, 66F) and CERT-In Directives. You explicitly agree NOT to use the service for: • Unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, or distributing malicious code. • Any activity constituting cyberterrorism, child harm, or violation of national security. • Intellectual property infringement or unlawful commercial dissemination. Violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of your device keys without refund.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy
Paid subscription plans unlock device key capacity and high-speed bandwidth quotas. All fees are specified in INR (or equivalent USD). Eligible subscriptions qualify for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Contact legal@zionvpn.app for refund inquiries.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ZionVPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ZionVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from connection interruption, data loss, or network downtime.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
